    Hello everyone

I am finding it hard to locate an explanation for the PModecfg tool that is
appearing on one account on my friends ASUS laptop

it basically reduces the screen resolution , gives him a choice between 800x600 or 1024x768 but if he cancels the screen returns to its native 1280x1024

if anyone knows of a fix for this I would be grateful

    cheers
    BOFH

That's Power4Gear+.... and in "Presentation Mode" it'll give you the options above........ get them out of that mode and into high performance, dvd or game mode and they'll be fine. That mode is really for when you are outputting to a projector.
