    ASUS Q501LA-BBI5T03 Key pop out

    Hi all,

    My "B" key popped off unfortunately, and it seems to have broke so I can't put it back on. I called warranty and they told me I can send it in but they can't guarantee that it will be covered. I think it's quite absurd to send in a laptop over a key. I've tried looking for the keys online, to no avail. I tried to superglue it back on, and it didn't work well and I don't want to mess it up.

    What do you guys think I should do? Any extra keys out there?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. I bought the laptop with a broken key and left the country so didn't have a chance to exchange it. Did you manage to find a new key? Was it covered? Please let me know!

    Individual keys are really very seldom found and sold. As long as it's under warranty, that will be your most affordable route to take. Asus will replace the entire keyboard once it's in their service center.
