I can't begin to express how mad I am. Just literally a couple hours ago, I bought this ASUS R751J from Micro Center, brand new. I've had nothing but problems. It's going extremely slow. Keeps freezing, going to a black screen, and won't do anything. The only program I installed was Eset Anti virus. But the problems were already happening before I installed that. Everything is extremely delayed, and ultimately ends up at the black screen. I just spent way too much money to be going through these issues. Any thoughts or help?

It sounds like a bad hard drive, but that's just a first best guess/prognosis. At what point do you see only a black screen? Is there any rhyme or reason to it freezing? Any other issues?

I have the same model, different problem. My proxy stops working and I have to constantly reset it to get the internet working, what can I do to fix this.

You are going through a proxy server? Do other devices on this connection have an issue? If not try updating your wireless drivers.

The problem persists, I've found though that I can get the internet working by turning the proxy on and off
