    Hello All,

I bought the following TX300, havent had much chance to use it, seems promising and exciting though :

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009F1J4QQ/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have the following queries :

    1. Does the following mouse (MS Arc Touch Surface Edition) works out of the box with Asus bluetooth drivers on Windows 8 (presumably preinstalled on this hybrid machine). Has anyone tried or using it already

Amazon.com: Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition with Bluetooth 4.0: Electronics

    2. I am thinking of buying the following Anker Multiport USB (re)charger. Which supposedly has enough 19V and current ratings to charge a laptop (as described on the product page).

    Amazon.com: AnkerĀ® Astro Pro2 20000mAh Multi-Voltage (5V 12V 16V 19V) External Battery Charger for iPad Air, Mini, iPhone 5S, 5C, 5, 4S, Samsung Galaxy S5, S4, S3, Note 3, HP, Dell, Acer, Asus, Toshiba Netbooks, Notebooks and many other devices (Appl

The only thing i need is a USB to male charging pin for ASUS TX 300 , supposedly it is a proprietary magnetic charging pin (connector) and I am not sure whether it is 30 or 40 pin, or whether ASUS have given the same connector for any other line of hybrid tablets or EEpads and etc. I need to have something similar as the following , to be able to use the Anker charger with it :

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/40Pin-Charger-Cable-Transformer-Slider/dp/B007HIT64Y

I am not sure whether the above would fit the ASUS TX300 or not. Does any know or can anyone guide me to a similar USB charging cable for this hybrid .

    3. I have also bought ASUS varidrive (as follows), i assume that the Anker charger with the correct (round thin conventional) ASUS charging pin would be able to run varidrive as well. The power specs for varidrive seem to be met by Anker charger. Does anyone know or using a similar setup.

    Amazon.com: ASUS USB 3.0 VariDrive+Dock: Computers & Accessories

Would be grateful for your answers and suggestions.

    Thanks in advance.

    Maybe it's late, but

ad 1. Any mouse using BT protocol should run fine
ad 2. You'll need to make a custom charger for USB3.0 -> AC 5-pin magnetic plug by yourself, sacrafing one existing charger plug (working or not). I couln't find any custom charger for this notebook
ad 3. I have no idea.
