I called 1 1/2 hrs ago, and the guy on the phone said he would email some new/beta ATK0100 drivers for the v6j, since the ones on the website don't work with the latest intel wireless.

I called back just now, and another guy said they were sent. I said I never got them, and he told me to call back in 2 hrs, because tech support was busy. I said "Busy, too busy to service your customers?" He didn't know what to say, and said again to call back in 1 to 2 hrs. I said "Im calling for tech support, and you are brushing me off? Let me talk to someone else." I get someone else on the line, lets see if they send the drivers.

ASUS must have the [crappiest] tech support I've seen in a long time. New buyers, beware!

buy from a reputable dealer who has a policy of supporting the products they sell and you wont get the manuf run around. Asus direct support is a hit or miss. If you have a software issue good luck to you.

Why not use the one before the latest?
