Hello, I have the ASUS U33JC-A1. The ASUS website specifications say the maximum RAM is 4GB.

But I've seen various reviews saying it is upgradable, could it be a mistake on their website? I mean the HM55 chipset does support 8 GM memory. It seems awfully weird that the laptop comes with it's maximum supported RAM. Anyone tried upgrading their RAM on the U33JC?

Even if the system is under warranty, you won't void it by adding memory. If you want some firsthand feedback, try asking around in the owner's lounge. :)
