    I think you mean 180gb*

and yes, that seems to be the only difference.

personally, I would go for the X3 if I wasn't holding out for the UL80VT. (the DVD drive and discrete graphics for about 100usd more are worth it in my opinion.)

Ha my bad. Just another engineering grad who cant do simple arithmetic.

Coriolis: You're right, the X1 is single core. The links I had up were for the A1 and the X3.

I misread and saw the X1 instead of X3 :p

I also read here in the forums that a person bought a X unit and it didn't come with the extra accessories, perhaps thats another reason?

could be, but who really needs a mouse for a thin and light laptop anyway?

and for real protection, you should get a laptop padded bag. (i'm assuming the carrying bag they provide doesn't offer much protection from drops)

seems like good swag for a gaming laptop but not so much for a 13 incher.

Yes for Asia, but not for North America. Not sure about Europe or the rest of the world. It was discussed somewhere in this thread:

there's not much info released about it, but you can take a look at this. they briefly describe it.

should be 850-900usd for the higher end option (UL80VT) when it comes out.
