I just bought an ASUS UX32a and there is a part where the case makes a clicking sound if I squeeze it. It is on the left of the case under the card reader where the side of the case meets the bottom. When I push on the bottom, there is some room to move and it "clicks". Is that a known defect and should I be worried about it?

Mine sort of does that. Although its the left hand side towards the top near the usb.. Sometimes it doesnt though, depends at what angle i pick it up i guess..
It is a scary click though, like you have broken something ha. -
When it cools down, the noises goes away.
Maybe some of the screws are overtightened on the inside or some components are expanded when heated up and is rubbing on the chasis. -
That is nothing to worry about. I was just checking to see what it was and it's just the bottom cover over lapping. So when you squeeze the bottom cover it will make a clicking sound because it is going past the groove.

The clicking is probably from a loose external screw. I had that after taking it apart. You need a Torx T15 screwdriver.
