    Hey all!
I was sent a V1S with only 1gb, where as advertised to be 2gb so I was sent 2gb ram free :D However I'm having issues on how to open up the V1S and fix the ram into the bay? How do I go about doing this? I've unscrewed the ram bay but nothing seems to budge! lol.

Also, what is the Turbo Memory feature? Is it useful enough to enable? (how would you go about this?)

    Thanks! :D

The ram case is (Stupidly) Clipped under the case next to it, so to pop it off you need to take of the CPU/GPU covering first, then the ram case, they are quite difficult to pop out even with the screws off so careful you dont snap anything.
