    Hi guys,

I have installed another 2gb RAM. For this I've updated to Win 7 x64. And to make use of 4gb RAM I've updated my Bios. I have downloaded the file (VX6-ASUS-0902) from the asus homepage. After the update the CPU utilization is 70-100%. Is there a problem with this BIOS version? Do any of you know what I shall do now?

70%-100% under idle/normal use? Or is that under load? If it's under idle or minimal load, then I would say that is not a bueno update. You might need to downgrade.

Ok the problem was the RAM module. However I don't know why but it helped to switch the positions.... Thanks anyway!

Interesting indeed. Perhaps all was needed was power drain of laptop which was made while changing positions of RAM.
Could you help the community and switch them back again and tell if that problem appears again?
If so what AM do you have and what was the second one. newer one.
