Hello, resident experts :) Hoping you might help me out. I'm not very used to the ASUS ecosystem, having mostly been a Dell customer before, but I did buy my mom an X205TA for watching movies while traveling. It's a neat little system, but every once in a while it just won't turn on or charge. I've never been able to replicate the problem as it's always worked well for me, but as it's hard for me to show her what she's doing wrong (or to see it, really), because we live 2,000 miles apart, I was thinking that I could download a component testing utility that could at least show me if there's anything failing on it. Dell has such a utility (tests CPU, motherboard, memory, battery, hard drive, video, charger, etc) and I believe there's one built into Win10 (although I won't bet on it, could have been the ones I've seen are specific to Dells), but haven't been able to find anything for ASUS yet. Any recommendations? So far all I've been able to do is run memory tests. Thanks!
