    Hi,

i want to clean my ASUS X51R. Over the years all kinds of stuff has gathered beneath my keyboard. My question is: how do i remove the keyboard?

On other models there is a screw labeled K on the back of the laptop but not on my laptop.

    Help appreciated!

Check the top of your keyboard for small clips. Most Asus keyboards in notebooks are held in place by 4 clips on the top right above the function keys. You'll need use a pin or paperclip to unhook the clips in order for you to lift the keyboard out.
