    (handshake) everyone!

I will try to tell you about my problem in short:
So, i have laptop asus x550la (windows 10). My problem occurs when my laptop is turned on for approximately 2-3 hours...when i try to shut down/sleep/hibernate laptop, screen goes black but power buttons (power, hdd, wifi) won't turn off, they have green colours and stuck in this mode. I must click on power button for 5 seconds to shut down laptop manually, this is not good for computer as i know. To solve this problem, i tried:
    1) Hard reset of laptop
    2) Changed some of the bios settings. fast boot option disabled
    3) Changed power & sleep settings + turned off fast startup
    4) Downloaded drivers from asus website.

But the problem still occurs. What you think i can do to solve this problem? Thanks!
