    Hello,
I have an older ASUS X58C laptop. I have recently upgraded ram to 2gb and installed Windows 8. Everything works quite smooth, but I am facing big problems with display driver. Manufacturer's last are for Vista. On 7 they worked fine, but when I installed it on 8, only avaliable resolution is 1024x768 and lower (which are not supported on win8, so this combo box is greyed out).
When I use default microsoft driver I can get pretty close (1280x768), native is 1280x800. But naturally graphics with this driver is bad, watching movies is impossible (blurry, lagged). I have tried every avaliable driver, but no luck.

Do you have any idea, how to deal with this?
    Thanks in advance
