I'm thinking of buying a an ASUS Zenbook Prime Touch UX31a, and my question is regarding the exterior surface and keyboard of the laptop. I've bought and tried to use a Dell XPS 12, but it turns out I'm mildly allergic to the soft matte coating/finish they put on the exterior, keyboard, and touchpad of the XPS 12, so I can't use it without my hands swelling up. I've returned the Dell, and I'm curious if the Zenbook has any of that soft touch coating on it anywhere?
I read and been able to play around with the Zenbook for a very very short time, and it appears everything is pure metal, which should solve my allergy issues. Does the keyboard or touchpad appear to have any sort of matte or grippy coating to it? I'm looking for keyboard keys that are as "pure plastic" as possible and a touchpad that has as little soft touch coating to it as possible.
Thanks in advance.

I believe that there is no soft touch coating on the machine however. I have only played around with the radiant black znebook prime ux31a touch at BestBuy so I am speaking from experience with that. Currently that is the only Ivy Bridge touch zenbook in the US.
