As long as nothing is wrong with it, that is a very good price. :)

Do you think it is worth it? I currently have a HP DV6-3000T, it has an Intel Core i3-3110M @ 2.40GHz.

That processor is better, but I don't know if I should buy this zenbook I am looking for something more portable, I have an SSD on the HP, but I would switch it to the Zenbook.

From the looks of it switching to the zenbook has a weaker processor, but more portability, I am aiming for more portability, but not a weaker computer. I use it mainly for school, and the screen is smaller, but that's good for portability. I am using it for school only though, not sure if $340 is worth it.

Yeah, you're falling back a generation on the CPU as well as on it's clock speed. It will show, but won't make a world of difference. The Zenbook will certainly be more portable though, and if you're only using it for school (office programs/school work, email, etc.), then it will be sufficient enough - especially with the SSD.

So you'll have to ask yourself whether it's "worth" it to you. :D
