    Hello,

I'm just wondering if ASUS Zero-Bright Dot Guarantee covers Black Dead Pixels ? Did anyone experience any black dead pixels on an Asus F8Sn notebook ?

    Thanks

Not quite sure on the dead pixel thing, but if you're still within the 30 day limit (which is the max guarantee period for ZBD) give Asus a call and see what they say.

Stuck/dead pixels can occur on any model, and happen because of an individual screen rather than an entire production line or lot.

    could be a stuck pixel
there are programs you can run that could fix it.

Black = dead. Stuck = blue, red, green or white.

Sometimes the dead pixel fixer will work, but honestly if you're within the 30 Day ZBD... call Asus.

Haven't purchased yet, was just wondering if Asus offered replacements for dead-pixels with their ZBD...
