The A6Km will be brought to the US as a Built on Model as the Z92K.
This finally means an ASUS Turion 64 model with dedicated grahphix will be available in the US market.
The Z92K can found at most US ASUS resellers by the end of January.
Info on the A6Km model can be found here: http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=5&l2=24&l3=134&model=794&modelmenu=1

Although it's a dedicated gpu, it's really not what Asus wanted to bring in.......... Last I spoke with them about this particular issue, they wanted to hold off till they could get a 7400 w/ 128mb dedicated........ this is a 7300 w/ 64mb I believe --- but they pump it as 128mb turbocache....

True, but you still have to admint it's better than the A6U.

Yeap, it's a start

Well Asus didn't want to bring it over like I said because people looking for AMD units are still looking for serious power... this is sort of middle of the line and I'm not quite sure how they'll sell.

Tehy will seell as well as the a6u which means a couple hundred a year is it? Not too good. With dealers not pushing them, amd not providing their cpu's, and frankly an unpopular design why would any one want one of them? Z80k was a popular model for example only becuase it had the best gpu out on the market in a semi mobile unit but was a dtr and very reasonably priced. I cant see this as anything more then an inconvenience to vendors. If your whole product line is centrino introducing a turion model is like packing a ferari dealership with a few pontiacs. Well not really but you get the gist. Not looking forward to their turions unless they packing the 7800gt gpu in it. Without it they are just pointless. Go with intel for mobility
