    Hi,

I need a replacement keyboard and can't find anywhere that specifically sells an m6000 (Z70) notebook keyboard. However I have found a place that sells an ASUS notebook keyboard with a very similar model number.

The model number of my keyboard I want to replace is K030662R1
The model number of the keyboard I found on the net is K030662M2.

Is the K030662M2 likely to fit with the same ribbon cable and be compatible? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply, i cant order from asus US since they won't ship here, maybe i'll just order it and hope for the best. the replacement keyboard looks the same size, its just a question of whether the ribbon cable fits.

You've got a double post going on about this same topic question - EBE and others have offered answers in the other one for you already....
