I have a ASUS W7 Series Notebook. The problem is that after i updated bios on the computer and then restarted it, the laptop didn't show any picture on screen after the restart. When i keep on trying to turn it on it shows no picture but i opened it up and made sure that the hardrive and cd-drive was working. But i'm not sure if its the cpu, video card, screen, or ram. I did also try to put the laptop onto a desktop screen but it still didnt show any picture. So can it be the video card or something else? is it fixable? Thanks

I just went through this same problem with my C90S. I had the EXACT same problem as you and it was because of a bad bios flash. I updated my bios and it showed up as a successful update but when I restarted it my display was completely black.

I had to RMA my unit to have it fixed but I suggest you read this thread and try the steps listed in it first. It has worked for others before so give it a shot:

Also if it works thank RGS for sharing that info!

Yeah, unfortunately it looks like you bricked your laptop.

If that solution posted above doesn't work, RMA.
