The W2w is indirectly announced, though no idea on the other specs for it. More Eee news, yay :)

I love when confirmation comes from the CEO of the company. Hopefully this will kill a lot of the rumors about pricing and the laptop's purpose floating around.

Oh SNAP. $299 for a 10" version. Exactly what I was hoping for. Hopefully they didn't expand the dimensions/weight of the device much and just made better use of the wide bezels around the 7" version.

I would gasp at those prices. :)

I think these ones are 4200 rpm 300 gb.

Theres a samsung 250 gb 5400 rpm hd and theres supposed to be a 300 or 320 gb 5400 rpm one soon

Ill take both though. Ill take the eee with a 300 gb hd for a huge mp3 player.

A gasp and a mutual understanding of a birthrate decrease for a few years in Korea :p

As for the Eee, no mentions of the SSD's drive between the 7" and 10".
