    Hey all.

I recently purchased an Asus W5A. Love it, apart from the too-shiny screen…

Anyway, although I have an 18inch LG flat panel for when I want a bigger picture, I want to try to hook it up to my TV just to see if the quality is going to be any good for watching movies etc.

I tried the S-Video out, but it wass very blurry, no where near decent.

My TV is a widescreen CRT 36”, and it also accepts a 640x480 signal at 50Hz or 60Hz (can’t remember which..) through a PC monitor plug. I am having trouble with this, as the Asus vvideo monitor output settings only go as low as 800x600….

What do I need to do to output the required signal?? I'm not the most technical person, so a steer in the right direction would be great...

    Thanks,

Justin should be able to help you on this one, I guess he's just been really busy lately. In my opinion, this is exactly the kind of question he knows how to answer best. If he doesn't respond, and no one else is able to help you out, then try Private messaging him through this site, he's listed as Proportable incase you didn't know that...that way the next time he logs in, he'll see it right away. Good luck :)
