How easy is it to get access to the factory installed RAM in this notebook?

When I bought it I foolishly went for the 1x1gb option, then subsequently bought a second 1gb stick to upgrade about a fortnight later. I haven't put the new RAM in yet because I'm getting BSOD errors, and memtest86 is reporting faulty RAM...

So what I want to do is swap the new RAM for the old and just return the faulty stick for replacement, as this is a much better option than sending the whole notebook back.

Unfortunately I opened up the memory compartment and only have (easy) access to the empty RAM slot - I don't even know where the other slot is or how to get to it?

    Anyone help? Thanks.
