Hello! I'm going to be adding some ram and changing out the very slow 5400 rpm hard drive when the parts arrive from Newegg next week.

The issue I'm having is that I can't figure out how to get the darn cover off the back of the laptop!!

It doesn't appear to have any screws on the back holding it on. According to the 'manual' provided by Asus one needs to remove the keyboard (done that) to remove the screws to hold the HD in place.

Does that also release the cover on the bottom of the laptop? I don't want to break anything.

Has anyone added ram/swapped drives on this system?

Thanks for any help in advance.
