    Adjusting OC on Rivatuner to the lowest?

    If you adjust the overclocking on Rivatuner and pull it all the way to the left(<), meaning all the way to lowest. Is that even lower than what your graphics card was before using Rivatuner or even at the lowest adjustment it's already overclocked by a little?

    In my experience, the leftmost setting will underclock the GPU
