Once again, I'm having trouble with my Intel Wireless.
Doesn't matter wether Asus Wireless hoykey is on or off, Intel Wireless will always turn on at startup.

Then, I can turn it off with the hotley; but every time I start the computer it turns on.

I've already installed newer drivers and application from Asus site; I don't know what else to do...

Set whatever settings you want, on/off for wifi and bluetooth in wireless console 2. Go into standby/hibernate to save the settings. Should keep those settings everytime you shutdown/restart... Unless you change them and go into standby/hibernate which it will then save those settings.

Actually, several types of ASUS notebooks exhibit this kind of behavior... I think it's related to the BIOS and not the wireless driver and application (although I am not sure).

It happens on my V6J as well... also some funny interactions between turning off bluetooth and the wireless... and some wireless networks are only working if the bluetooth is turned on... Rushed BIOS and driver coding, time to market has to be short...

I've solved that problem in the past by reinstalling the wirelessconsole2 program but it sounds like you did that without luck...
