    Well where did you buy it from? the "right" thing to do is send it back to be replaced or fixed if you dont want to do it yourself.

    You can also call Asus support department.

    RMAing to Asus might be cheaper, depending on where you live (although shipping in the US is much cheaper than in Canada, My C90S costed me $45 for ground shipping 5 days, UPS 3 days on gentech would have been $40, and they are way farther)

    ok, well i sent an PM to the excaliburpc rep... and there are gonna call/send me an email later... so hopefully i will get it fixed... either with a new one... or just a new part.

    theres actually a little piece of foam behind it... which one would think would limit the sound output.
