Does anyone know of an adapter for car / airplane? I know I can use a power inverter but that seems kind of redundant.
    Thx.

I think power inverters are the only option for cars. They're easy enough to find, at least.

Thanks for the response. It's reaaly the airplanes that I'm looking for though. Battery life is good on this laptop, but traveling a a long flight, it just won't last. And, this is a laptop for travel. You'd think Asus would have something. I know my old dell laptop did.

I know they supply travel chargers, but they still require an outlet. I can't remember what the airlines use for a power source. I've seen them for the ux21 ( Free shipping + 19V AC US Wall Travel Charger Power Adapter For ASUS Zenbook UX21 UX21E UX31 UX31E-in AC/DC Adapters from Electrical Equipment & Supplies on Aliexpress.com), so I would imagine they have compatible ones (or perhaps that one is compatible, but I'm not sure of the voltage/watt rating required by the ux32) for your model.

I suppose if you contact Asus and they say that they don't manufacture any for the airlines, you can look into the aftermarket component suppliers.
