Since last May, I've been using an iGo airplane power supply with my ASUS W5F, using a #16 tip as recommended:

    http://www.igo.com/searchresults.as...,11530145,11530237,11532012&wizard_tag=IGOTIP

Unfortunately, during my flight back from Tel Aviv this Saturday, that tip permanently lost its ability to maintain contact with the power pin. Now, I'm wondering if anyone uses a power adapter on airplanes? What are you using?

In the Sony forum, they really like the Kensington 120W adapter, but it has no official ASUS support.

    Thanks!
    :)

In general, it's only available in first and business class but some airlines, like United, have a few power outlets strewn all over coach.

Virgin America, if it ever gets off the ground, has announced that it will feature power at all seats, making it the first digital lifestyle-friendly airline in the world.

You can indeed check to see where the power outlets are using the seating maps of Seatguru.com. :)
