My 2bd refurbished G53 replacement laptop broke it's AC in pin, again. This is the 2nd replacement G53 they have sent me that has done this. I remove the AC and the pin stays in the PSU. This time on the 91st day of the 90 day warranty. What the heck? I call ASUS support and the 1st tech leaves me on hold for 30 minutes. The 2nd tech cannot find my serial no matter way and tells me it does not exist. I am staring at the packing slip that came with the laptop from ASUS Internation with the serial AND RMA number. Then I start asking to speak to a supervisor, the tech "Kumar" won't agree to get a supervisor, finally I say "I am correct to understand you are refusing my request to speak to a supervisor?" Kumar get's silent then agrees to transfer, he transferred me to a standard support line that just leaves you on hold.

I guess I'll be filing a BBB complaint against ASUS. While they been nice to keep replacing their faulty laptops, their support is atrocious.

Has anyone else had this problem?
