I bought the DB51 configuration (i5, 128GB) of the Zenbook Prime, and like most folks, am pretty surprised at the amount of pre-installed software. So I'm about to embark on a clean install of W7.
Coming from a Dell which was pretty good about having most of the drivers installed and otherwise available, I can't say I've had the horrors of trying to troubleshoot the dread "?" devices in Device Manager as I remember from years back.
For those who've done a clean install, do you have any tips? Any particular sequences of drivers that needs to be obeyed to avoid hell?
I haven't yet looked at the partitions available, but I imagine there is a hidden partition which holds the recovery image and which I'll kill.
Thanks in advance for all of your help!
