    Any non gaming Asus laptop with backlit keyboard?

    Any models out there? Also, it seems like Asus is a little slow in updating there laptops to the new 2011 Sandy bridge processors, am I mistaken?

    Only discontinued/EOL ones; of new models only the G53 and G73 have backlit keyboards:

    U80V
    U20A
    K50IJ-BNC5 (no other variant of K50, this was a special Best Buy model)

    And of course earlier G series like the G51, G60, G72.

    Your own person opinion, why do they have such a very limited amount of laptops with backlit keyboards and most of them are game oriented laptops.

    Arn't they really loosing some business by not having backlit keyboards in some of their non gaming laptops?

    Most people don't care for backlit kbs, aside from the macbook pros and gaming laptops i haven't seen a lot of models with a backlit kb from any manufacturer.
