    Hi all,
I have an Asus K61IC notebook and just got a new Intel 520 Cherryville 180GB solid state drive. I keep getting BSOD with Windows 7, but the drive works fine on other machines. I noticed that of the few people that have the problems, a good proportion are on asus laptops. Anybody have issues with that drive or other Sandforce drives?

    Things I have done:

-flashed to the most recent BIOS from Asus, K70ICAS.210
-disabled Link State Power Management (LPM) in Windows 7 Power Options
-installed Intel SSD Toolbox v3.0.3 and used that to disable DIPM
-updated to the NVIDIA nForce Serial ATA Controller driver v. 11.1.0.31
-also tried generic MS Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial ATA Controller driver
-installed Intel RST which installed its own SATA controller driver

    Any ideas?
