    Hello all, im looking for the CPU ID for either of those processors. I opened up a few different Asus BIOS's (G50Vt/G50V/G71V) looking to see if I could notice anything and they all share the same CPU ID's. So in theory we (G50 Owners) could put either of those processors in our laptops.

    Id be willing to be the guinia pig and throw one in my laptop as long as I can get the information and get some more time to research to make sure I dont fry anything.
