Has anyone has deal with ASUS RMA before to replace or fix their Zenbook? How long is the process? Are they willing to replace the unit? If they do will they just exchange with a refurb unit?
Please let me know and share you experience because I might drop off mine to their RMA HQ at Milpitas, CA later today. Or anyone did exchange the unit at their Fremont HQ?

    My unit has:
    1. backlight bleed.
    2. dead pixel at the center of the screen, very annoying.
    3. Compare to my other 2 units before, the touchpad on this unit is loose, you can feel it and hear it when you softly tap the touchpad.

The turn around time for RMA is usually 10-14 business days. Before sending the unit in you will need an RMA number or they will not accept it at the Milpitas location. Regarding about the the lcd they will replace the screen. Regarding the touchpad they will replace the touchpad. They will not give you a refurbish unit unless this is a special case.
