    With the recent price drop, you can find the 80GB version for 450$ with a 6 cell battery thus making it the best "Netbook" in my eyes. With the power house desktop I have no need for a real notebook, but something that can do some work while being cheap and very portable. ;)

    Actually try $440 ^^ I just ordered 2 of them from Gentech about 3 hours ago. I agree its the best deal by a long shot.

    The MSI Wind was what I was getting, but $499 for the 3-cell and its 98% identical to the EEE1000H

    The Acer Aspire One looked like a good deal only $399 but the screen is smaller, the build quality is not quite as nice, I could only find it in blue for that price & deal and it has no bluetooth.

    The 160gb model is a great deal too, but I am just going to manually upgrade the 80gb model for myself and probably leave the 80gb in the one for my wife.

    I have a lot planed for these things I am going to use it for my mobile super nintendo system :p a movie player, a net viewer, a dj system ect.

    Also will do a little mini review w/ super high res pictures and probably write a guide on how to get the wiimote working with it.

    Yea I be curious to see what you think of them. Looks to be a great match for the wind but already has the 6 cell and is cheaper to boot. :)

    Yeah I'll do a little review for sure and I think Best Buy has the Wind and maybe even the Aspire One on display so I can check those out in person to give a comparison opinion.
