    well, I'm confused as to how to even help you...

    Not sure what you're talking about, is this TV Tuner built-in? What OS(vista, xp)? Which laptop? Which tuner? The questions goes on....

    You definitely need to elaborate, or else no one will even bother to offer solutions to your problem.

    Yes the TV Tuners built in but I also got a bunch of devices that I don't know how to use.

    Is the tuner plugged in to a cable? Was any software included for using the tuner?
