While gaming or doing something heavy, GPU hits 77, not sure about cpu never noticed.

Should I be worried or this is normal?

No need to worry about those temps, everything is absolutely normal.

If your cpu doesn't go up to 70° (THRM value, not the cores, they are always cooler) and your geforce stays under 85° (90 max), everything is fine :)
77° for the GPU while gaming, this is really good, maybe you could raise your graphic details a little more ;)

Mine are 66/86 max while gaming, but they're both overclocked ^^

Those look good to me. I get roughly the same temps with my OC'd X1, though you have a hotter CPU so it balances out.
