The F9s hasn't been released yet, but the older F9j was. However, there isn't much discussion about it, I've only seen one real owner discuss about it.

Based on your review, it looks like you got a completely black one. Didnt know that colour existed, so I am happy with that colour scheme compared to the one with black keyboard and silver palm rests.

However, it seems a bit to heavy, 1.95kg with 3 cell. Ugh!

Well finally, F9s is around the corner...The machine looks very much like the W5Fm with rotating web cam (I LOVE this feature).

Right now, I am using the Acer 6292 w/. a 9-cell battery. Battery life is quite amazing - approx. 5hrs. of usage in Vista.

    No prob :)

Yeap you guessed it right..bought it during last week's pc fair.

It's a great alternative to the dell xps m1330, but the battery could have been better :/ Extra batteries from asus cost an arm and a leg..

I like the black finish much better than the silver and apparently it's the only option we have here..

Let me know if you want me to test out anything. :D

Cyril congrats on your new lappy..you're one lucky guy heheh..

You probably should get rid of the asus stickers..they're an insult to the notebook's beautiful design..
