    Hey guys

I did a full restore with my G1. I used the full restore disk and the utility disk. But for some reason the battery indicator beside the clock isnt there. What should I do? did I miss something in the utility disk?

Are you using Vista or XP? If it's vista, right click on the taskbar at the bottom, go to the Notification Area tab, and make sure that "Power" is checked. I imagine it'd be almost the same for XP.

Also, the battery indicator is not there when the notebook is plugged in; at least not in XP and on the default settings.
