I understand any of us who purchased an Asus post October 28th qualify for a Vista upgrade package. This is the only Asus related link I can find to the offer, and I do not see any way of submitting any information.

    Please help?

OK, all this vista upgrade stuff needs to get into one thread.

Listen..... you fill out the order on the site, then when you send in your invoice (for your laptop), you need to include the order number (perhaps the entire print out of the reciept from the vista upgrade site that you filled out - redemption form)... that's it. They need to match what's in their database to your invoice that comes in over fax or snail mail....

Asus' link just tells you about the program and links you to microsoft's page which is the bottom link.

This may seem like an awkward questions but, through all those threads all I see is the 32bit version. Where is the 64? Unless they decided not to send it out.

Edit: nvm I got it, I guess I have to lay off the stout before reading.

If I choose to get the Vista upgrade, can I also still keep my Windows XP? If it's just a freebie to encourage us to upgrade to Vista, I will consider it; but if I lose XP, I'm not too interested...

ok i just got all this sorted out, asus doesn't use the windows redemption page, they have their own as stated above, after u fill in all the stuff u just email them the invoice n proof of purchase. it isn't at all necessary to fill in any redemption forms because there aren't any.
