A forumer from bios-mods has come across a modded BIOS that allows us 1015B user's to increase our FSB from the default 100 to 106MHz.

We would like to increase it further but there doesn't seem to be any apparent way as comparing the original and modded BIOS shows no differences.

This is the link to the thread @ Bios-mods:
Asus EEE PC 1015B Aptio Bios S.H.E

And these are the BIOS'es, the stock and also the modded one:

Modded 106MHz FSB link: Index of /vvesu/files/EEE/Overclock/1015B

We would like help to increase the FSB to 120MHz or even higher. I know it can be done as the modded BIOS is proof that overclocking through FSB is possible. If you have any clue on how to do it, please help us out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

I'd like to add some things there.

This is based on super hybrid engine, beeing able to overclock via Bios on High Performance Mode.

It's a AMI Aptio Bios, opened and unlocked it with AMIBCP v4.5

    We're aiming for 110,120,130 mhz FSB Bios'es.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Will this work for 1215B with E-350?

I own an ASUSTeK Computer INC. EeePc Model 1015B with System Serial Number: B3OABC008407
I recently tried to upgrade the Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter with an Intel Centrino Advanced N6230
Wireless Card. The EeePC would not boot with the N6230 Wireless Card installed.

Perhaps limitations to alternative wireless devices are programmed in the Bios? Perhaps I need a bios mod in order to use the N6230

My currently installed bios is American Megatrends Inc. 0404 2/05/2011

    Any help is apreciated
