    Is there a 14.1" WXSGA+ with a NVidia 8600 or ATI HD 2600?

There are no 14" WSXGA+ notebooks as of yet. Best you can probably do is the ThinkPad T61p with SXGA+ resolution and the nvidia card.

There aren't really that many producer of WXSGA+ 1600x1050 LCD screen out there. Infact 15.4 inch are only one even being released so far.
    You can get the F8 WXGA+ 1440x900 with decent spec (T7700, 2GB, 160GB, 8600GT256MB) for $1550.

    Lenovo's T61p isn't widescreen. 14" screens max out at either SXGA+ (1400x1050) for non-widescreen or WXGA+/WSXGA (1440x900) for widescreen. WSXGA+ is 1680x1050 and is found in 15"+.
