    Hello everyone,

I'm asking for your help here :

The GX551QR is my new laptop, it's great and everything but... I'm facing a (very) stupid problem...

I've have changed the original 1x1 TB Samsung NVME ssd with 2x2 TB Samsung 970 NVME... until here, no problem... but from an old habit I had with Alienware I decided to recycle this SSD (and by recycle I mean wiping all partitions and formatting the drive to put in another Pc) without doing any drive backup as I saw all the drivers were available on Asus website...

Soon after I realised my mistake...

Installed Win 10 Pro on one of the 2 Tb NVME drives (c'mon Asus a 3000+ euros laptop with only Win 10 Home...) downloaded drivers ...
and with a fresh setup and drivers from Asus website I could not recover the same original behavior I had with the original Asus setup on the original drive...

Second screen is missing the shortcuts, Aura Creator doesn't recognize my laptop... I've been trying everything but it's way harder than what I experienced with Dell drivers :/

For owners of the GX551QR :
Can someone here provide me with a copy of the OEM partition and/or a copy of the Asus eSupport folder (or any drivers folder original from their setup) on a Google Drive.

I can even send money with Paypal if that required a lot of time for you (DM me on notebookreview), but I have a feeling that if call Asus support they'll charge me a lot for restoring this partition...

    Thanks a lot guys

That's a bummer. Similar thing happened to me with my Razer Blade 15. If its within warranty (which it is as its brand new), Asus should provide you with a full backup image to download for the Zephyrus Duo.

I could really use that esupport file for GX551QR if anyone has it. Windows flashed my PC during an update and I lost everything.
