Has got someone experiences with these series? Because I want to buy an A3823GLH from http://www.notebooksbilliger.de/product_info.php/notebooks/asus/a3_g_serie/asus_a3800g_dothan_a3823glh. There is written at the Experiencies (Bewertungen), that if use from AC the notebook the cooling fan works always, because the CPU is working at maximum performance. Is it true? [:0] I can“t believe and understand why should the CPU runs at maximal MHz, when I only use e.g. office. Can I solve this problem somehow?

The other series also use the Power 4 Gear+ Utility for the power the power management?

That's basically the Z91n series here.... it's a lower end centrino system, but it could still be a good value. I wouldn't buy it and max it out........ I'd get a lower configuration, just because the system itself is more low end.

All Asus systems in the last 4 years have used powergear.

    Thanks,
    Justin
