    Hi,

My A7J is only a few months old but this crappy fan has started to go, and is now making a rediculous amount of noise. I assume its just the bearings going i tried to clean it ect.

The fan is a delta electronics BFB0705HA
and can be found here http://www.laptopking.com/kingpartdetails.asp?ref=957&category=fan

They are out of stock and 70 dollars!!!

Does anyone know of a better place to get this fan or another fan that might be compatible for less than 70 bucks.

    Thanks

Sometimes the reason for the noisy fan is the airway being blocked by dust (so the fan is forced to spin at higher rates). Try the cooling guide (the part for using compressed air canister)

Nah, I took the fan out, its definately just the bearings going... im just hoping there is a cheaper fan replacement, or one that is actually at least in stock some where....

Does anyone know if any other fans are like the one I listed above?
