Is there a car charger for the A8JP available?

Not sure, but why not just get a cigarette 12v adapter thing. They are ~$30 new and then you can just plug your notebook right into it along with just about any other electronic device that is under 100w's.

well the best solution is not an ac adapter

but something that converts 12 v dc into 19 v dc or whatever your notebook uses.

You lose a lot of power converting dc to ac, and then having your power brick convert the ac back to dc

You do loose a a lot of power in heat waste energy, but it is the easiest and cheapest solution I believe.

Hmm. I guess the DC-AC converter will be my last resort. For now I can wait, but with only 2hr battery life, I will likely need one soon. I'll try shopping around for a universal one.
