So i got this laptop in Sept. I have vista on it now. Sometimes when im playing a game i get like 2fps and on laptopvideo2go.com drivers i tried 169.09 and had that. On 169.94 it was great i was getting 45fps for the first 2 days of using it then it went down again to 2fps. Then i tried the ASUS driver and i get like 20fps and sometimes it skips. I dont know what the prolem is anyone have any idea. I emailed asus support but the customer service by email is horrible. I just want to confirm at least that this is a hardware problem and therefore covered by the warranty. I also had this issue in xp 64
Ohh and on video the gfx doesn't lag just the sound and video go out of sync more and more as the movie progresses and that gets worse the bigger the screen is. Also turned off thorrtleing. This isn't an overheating problem becuase this lag start when i just turn on the laptop and then dies down after like an hour or more. The fans do work extermely hot sometimes for no apparent reason though.....
    Any suggestions?
I'm going to call ASUS but i want to know what I'm talking about so they don't like push me around and screw me over....
    Thanks
