Hi all, Im considering buying either the V1Jp or the F3Jp, Ive only had a Sony laptop in the past which has a very minimal Bios setup. Im just curious what kind of options are available in Asus bios? Can you overclock? Can you boot from USB, Does it have Wake On Lan? that sorta stuff.

(They are about ASUS W3J, but I have no reason to believe that they will not exist in V1Jp/F3Jp)
    Yes, You can.
No, no CPU/GPU overclocking. The CPU overclocking is totally impossible. As for the GPU overclocking and you have to use utils under windows to do it - they are very little/no-existant for Vista but I think they will turn up soon.
    I don't think so.

You are not able to overclock the CPU, however you can overclock the GPU in windows using programs like Riva Tuner, Ati Tool.

Aside you are able to Undervolt the CPU, to reduce heat and possibly increase battery life a little.

I don't see an option in the BIOS for Wake On Lan in the bios.
