    Hi All,

My first posting on the forum so here we go... I've been running a TripleHead2Go at home for a while. The extra screen real estate is fantastic. I just picked up my C90 last week so I thought I'd share the results of running 3 monitors with it.

My setup is: 3 X 19 inch monitors running at combined resolution of 3840x1024. Matrox TripleHead2Go Analog addition. C90 with E6700, 2 gig ram, Vista 32, and the stock 8600gt

Here's a view of the desktop. Including the C90 I've got 4 displays to work with.

Desktops are nice but boring. How bout Half Life 2 Episode 1?

Running 3840x1024 on high settings minus anti-aliasing and lighting bloom effects, Episode 1 gives me a nice 30fps. Counter Strike Source running under similar settings produces 45fps. These fps results are a little low by todays standards but are outstanding when you consider they are coming from a laptop. I'll post results from Team Fortress Classic 2 as soon as Steam unlocks the beta.

Here's a shot of the Task Manager showing that the C90 is working fairly hard on Episode 1.

I've also tried running Oblivion with this setup. On high settings Oblivion runs kinda like a slide show. Just a little too much for the 8600gt to handle at 3840x1024. I can get acceptable frame rates by turning down the graphics, but I'd rather run high settings on just 1 screen.

The one glitch I've discovered running the 3 screens is that IE will not open if the laptop was booted with the TripleHead2Go connected. If I boot and then plug in the TripleHead2Go there is no problem.

Overall the C90 has done nothing but impress me. Some posting seem to be a little down on the C90's video card. From where I'm sitting it seems pretty powerful.
